Overview:
CMVC collects financial statistics – revenues, operating income and net income – quarterly of publicly owned for-hire carriers. Publicly owned carriers are relatively large carriers, so they provide a good barometer of the financial health of the for-carrier trucking industry. The status of carriers’ balance sheets plays a large role in truck investment spending decisions.
For-hire carriers’ financial statistics are published quarterly in an Excel format.
